
Capacity, an AI-enabled customer service platform, announced the acquisition of YouCanBookMe, a provider of online scheduling solutions for small businesses.
According to Capacity, the companies joined forces because they “recognized a shared mission to save our customers time, cut their costs, and boost their revenue.”
Capacity has stated that by automating the repetitive tasks of scheduling customers can focus on delivering impact for their clients, and leveraging the power of AI to free up agents so they can provide exceptional customer experiences.
Current YouCanBookMe users will keep enjoying the same seamless scheduling experience. After the acquisition customers will see the updated logo, but end-users won’t see any changes to the way bookings are processed.
The combined YouCanBookMe and Capacity global team will grow to over of 200 people. Revenue numbers were not disclosed.
