Accelerating Customer Engagement with Online Appointment Setting

We all need to book meetings with customers. But, a big challenge is to maintain customer connections. This is not a new problem. Whether you run a small business, provide professional services, or work in retail, financial services, technology, or any B2B or B2C business, you must connect person-to-person with customers on their terms.

We live in a world where customers demand instant access to services from their smartphone, website, or even smart voice devices in their homes. If a business does not offer the ability for existing or new customers to easily book an appointment, reservation, or class, they are losing out to competitors. In this session Cimarron Buser, founder of TASBIA, will review the business reasons for having automated appointment scheduling. As importantly, he’ll discuss how to make appointments more than a “widget” on a website. It needs to be part of a company’s sales and marketing strategy.
