Harmonizely, an appointment scheduling solution focusing on multi-calendar integration with Google, Outlook/Office 365, iCloud, Zimbra, Zoho and other CalDAV solutions, announced that as of June 18, 2021 it will operate and be managed by SimplyBook.me.
Rafał Muszyński, the CEO & Founder at Harmonizely, announced on the company blog that users must officially opt in to the acquisition. He added that “the application will continue to function as it was and will be developed further under the new brand.”
Muszyński added that “SimplyBook.me will not be discarding existing AppSumo users and will find some solution for them. The system will be rebranded in a couple of months, so you will get the equivalent there or stay on the old system. For now, everything stays intact.”
Some users expressed concern about the acquisition and how it would impact their use of the solution. One commented “Since Harmonizely is the only calendar solution I’ve found that supports CalDav (read Fastmail), I hope this acquisition doesn’t have a negative impact.”
