This All Sounds Good,
But How Do I Find the Right Solution?
We can help. This site is run by The Appointment Scheduling & Booking Industry Association (TASBIA™). It's designed to help you learn about appointment scheduling, booking, queuing, and other tools to make your businesses more profitable and run more smoothly. Your customers want convenience. They demand a great experience. They want appointments added to their personal calendars automatically. And they want access from anywhere to make an appointment or booking.
In addition to the Learning Center, we provide an interactive directory of vendors. The directory allows you to choose your type of business, the languages you need and the geographic region you need to serve. We don’t ask for your name. We don’t sell leads. Our goal is to help you find the right set of vendors that can best help you once you’ve learned what you need.
I’m not ready to buy anything yet!
That’s fine. We believe that it’s important to understand the benefits of appointment scheduling and booking, but as importantly, to learn what is required of you to prepare for using a solution. The Learning Center has tips on preparing, as well as considerations on the types of solution and features you really need.
